Dishpan Cookies
Dishpan Cookies
2 cup brown sugar (dk. or lt.) 4 cup flour
2 cup white sugar 2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. salt
2 cup oil 11/2 cup quick oats
4 eggs 4 cup corn flakes
Preparation
Cream together the 5 ingredients on the left. Add flour, soda, & salt to first mixture. Fold in oats & cornflakes. Drop teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 7- 8 min. until lightly browned. This recipe makes a dishpan full of the chewiest cookies you'll ever eat! Try adding some chopped nuts, chocolate chips ,or both. They also freeze very well.
