Egg Nog Mousse
This ultra-rich dessert is incredibly simple to prepare!
1 1/2 cups egg nog
1/3 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup Pastry Pride whipped cream topping
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg nog and instant pudding
mix until well blended.
In a separate bowl, using an electric mixer, whip the cream topping
until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the egg nog mixture.
Chill well before serving.
