    BAKED CORN

    1(15.25oz) can whole kernal corn,drained
    1(14.75oz) can cream style corn
    1(8oz) container sour cream
    1 c.melted butter
    2 eggs,beaten
    1(8.5oz) pkg dry corn muffin mix

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine all ingredients.Mix well.Pour into 9x13 inch baking pan.Bake for 35-45 minutes.

    GREEN BEAN AND MUSHROOM MEDLEY

    1/2 lb fresh green beans,cut into 1 inch lengths.
    2 carrots,cut into strips
    1/4 c.butter
    1 onion,sliced
    1/2 lb fresh mushrooms,sliced
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    1/4 tsp white pepper
    Place beans and carrots in 1 inch of boiling water.Cover,and cook until tender but still firm. Drain.Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.Saute onions and mushrooms until almost tender.Reduce heat,cover.Simmer for 3 minutes.Stir in green beans,carrots,salt, seasoned salt,garlic salt and white pepper. Cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
    Makes 6 servings.

    CRANBERRY SAUCE

    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 can cranberry sauce
    1 pkg cranberry jello

    Drain and reserve juice of pineapple.Let pineapple set so remaining juice will drain out of it.Put cranberry sauce in bowl and mash. Heat to almost boiling 1 1/2 c.pineapple juice. If you don't have enough,use water for the remainder.Dissolve jello in pineapple juice. Put jello mixture in cranberry sauce and stir well.Make sure there are no lumps. Add pineapple. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
