I frequently make honey butter for a special occasion. Super easy and people LOVE it as an "extra" touch for a get together.

Honey Butter

Stir together 1/2 cup softened butter and 2-4 TABLESPOONS honey. Cover and chill 1 hour.

Honey Cinnamon Butter
Stir together 1/2 cup softened butter, 1/4 cup honey, and 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Cover and chill 1 hour.


HERE'S ANOTHER COOL IDEA FOR HOLIDAY BUTTER

Spread softened butter in flexible plastic candy molds. Freeze 10 mins or until firm. Invert mold inside out onto parchment paper to release.
