Pumpkin Souffle
2 cups canned pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup butter
Cinnamon & sugar for garnish
Melt butter in casserole dish.
Mix other ingrediants except cinnamon and sugar and pour into casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Spread with cinnamon and sugar and place bake in oven long enough to brown.
DH's grandmother gave us this recipe
