Found this one on another board. I definitely want to try these this holiday season-
Chex and Candy Squares

When you combine cashews, chocolate and caramel, you know the results will be spectacular! Two thumbs up for these easy bars.
Ingredients:
1 (18-oz.) roll Pillsbury® Refrigerated Sugar Cookies
1 cup salted cashew halves, chopped
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup caramel ice cream topping
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 cups Corn Chex® Cereal
1 cup miniature candy-coated semisweet chocolate baking bits
Prep Time: 10 Minutes (Ready in 1 Hour 35 Minutes)
Preparation Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. In medium bowl, break up cookie dough; stir in cashews. Press dough in sprayed pan to form crust.
2. Bake at 350°F. for 18 to 23 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Remove baked crust from oven. In medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, caramel topping and flour; cook and stir over low heat until smooth.
4. Remove from heat; stir in cereal and 1/2 cup of the baking bits. Spread evenly over crust. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup baking bits; press in lightly. Cool about 1 hour or until completely cooled. Cut into bars.
