These are tiny cookies made with Hershey's chocolate kisses...yummy!
Peanut Butter Blossoms
1 3/4 Cups flour
1 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1/2 Cup shortening
1/2 Cup peanut butter
1/2 Cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
Mix ingredients together and stir well: mixture will be very dry and stiff. Make small balls (walnut size) with dough, then roll in sugar. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Push a chocolate kiss into each cookie and bake for 2 minutes more. Makes aboaut 2 1/2 dozen cookies
