    Another GREAT T&T recipe that I saved, not sure who to credit w/ this one either, but they are GREAT!!!

    Pumpkin Cheesecake Squares

    Crust:

    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped pecans

    Filling:

    8 oz, cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger

    Blend flour, brown sugar, butter and nuts in food processor until a ball forms. Lightly butter an 8-in. square pan; press mixture into pan and up sides. Bake at 350 deg. for 15 - 20 minutes.

    Prepare filling by blending in food processor or with electric mixer, cream cheese, sugar, eggs and pumpkin. Fold in extract and spices. Pour over baked crust. Bake at 350 deg. for 35 - 40 minutes or until set. Cool and cut into bars.
