Good for all those leftovers after Thanksgiving/Christmas!

Pineapple Turkey Casserole

2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 small can pineapple tidbits w/juice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Chinese noodles (crunchy chow mein type)
(save some noodles for topping)

Mix all together, pour into casserole dish, top with chow mein noodles. Bake 350 1 hour, uncovered.
