We call these TURKEY LEGS
I dip my pretzel rods in:
1 bag of Kraft vanilla caramels
just enough milk to make it dippable About a T Do this in a double boiler.
Dip pretzel rod in melted caramel and place on well oiled parchment to cool.
When cooled, dip again in melted chocolate ( I use the melting wafers)
Place on parchment to cool again.
In a squirt bottle, melt white chocolate melting wafers to liquid in hot water.
Squirt a drizzle of white chocolate over each pretzel.
While white chocolate is still wet you can add sprinkles, chopped nuts or even chopped pretzel crumbs for more crunch.
Store in an airtight container. These fit nicely in the cellophane lollipop bags tied wityh a little ribbon. Makes a nice gift.
