Granny's Icebox Fruitcake
1 lb.pkg. pecans, chopped
1 lb.pkg. walnuts, chopped
1 lb. candied cherries, chopped (red and green)
1 lb. orange slice candy, sliced
1 lb. raisins
1 lb. graham cracker crumbs
1 lb. miniature marshmallows
1/2 lb. butter, no substitutes
1 cup half and half
Mix all the nuts, fruits, orange slice candy and graham cracker crumbs in a very large bowl. In a saucepan, heat butter, half and half and marshmallows, until melted, stirring often until blended and smooth. Remove from heat and pour over ingredients in the bowl, and mix well. Press into a wax paper lined loaf pans, or into logs and wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate. Slice into thin slices to serve. Keep refrigerated.

1 box vanilla wafers, crushed
1 lb. coconut
3 cans sweetened condensed milk
1 lb. box raisins
1 quart chopped pecans
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended. Mixture will be very thick. Place about 1/4 of the mixture on waxed paper, roll into a log, wrap tightly in Saran Wrap, and refrigerate. Continue with remaining mixture, to make about 4 logs. You may freeze by placing wrapped logs in a freezer bag.
