These are absolutely heavenly, melt in your mouth goodness!

Whipped Shortbreads

1 lb. soft margarine
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 cup sifted icing sugar
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Cream margarine with electric beater. Add cornstarch and icing sugar, a little at a time. Add flour and continue beating until mixture has the appearance of whipped cream. Drop by teaspoonful or put through cookie press (recommended) onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 275 until golden, but not brown. Bake 12-15 mins. Makes 5 to 6 dozen
