    Christmas Ribbon Jello Salad

I received this in my email today. It sounds great. I will definately be making this to go on the Holiday table

    Ingredients:

1 large package of lime jello
    1 small package lemon jello
    1 cup of hot water
1/2 cup mini marshmallows - if you use large ones - just cut them in half.
1 large can of crushed pineapple with juice
1 8 oz package of cream cheese - room temp
    1 cup mayonnaise
1 small container of heavy cream
1 large package of cherry jello

    Directions:

Prepare lime jello according to package directions - Pour into a
glass bowl ( it needs to hold 4 quarts)
Chill till set. Filling: In a medium saucepan - over medium
heat - dissolve lemon jello with the 1 cup of hot water - add
marshmallows until melted. Remove from heat add the pineapple
with juice and add the cream cheese. Blend well with a rotary
beater. Fold in mayonnaise and heavy cream. Cool. When not warm
any more pour filling mixture over lime jello. Chill till set.
Prepare cherry jello according to package directions. Cool.
When filling layer is set - pour cherry jello on top. Chill till
    set.
Note: I don't care for lime jello so I make both layers cherry -
or you can do strawberry - or what ever else you prefer.
