    Apricot Bon Bons
    1 14oz. pkg flaked coconut
    1 6 oz. pkg dried apricots, finely chopped
    1 14 oz. can condensed milk.
    1 12oz bag white chocolate.

    Combine coconut, apricots, condensed milk in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Roll mixture into balls. Refrigerate again. Melt white chocolate and dip the apricot balls. Refrigerate until hardened. Store in airtight container.

    I also dipped just the bottoms in chopped pecans.
    Food processor is excellent for chopping the apricots.
