EggNog Waffles
Great addition to the holiday brunch!
2 C. flour
2 t. BP
2 t. BS
1/2 t. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
2 cups rich eggnog
6 T. vegetable oil
1 cup chopped pecans (or other nuts)
Sift flour with the BP, BS and salt.
Mix eggs, eggnog and oil.
Add Mixture to sifted dry ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Fold in nuts.
Bake in a preheated waffle iron.
Serve with real good syrup.
