Sugar Cookie Cutouts
1/2 cup Light Stick Margerine
4 oz. Light Cream Cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 1/4 cups Flour (save 2 Tbs.)
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
Sprinkles to Decorate
Cream marg. and cream cheese. Add egg and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients and form a dough. Refridgerate a couple of hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough out to about 1/8" thick. Cut with cookie cutters. Place on cookie sheet 1 inck apart. Decorate with sprinkles. Bake 8-10 minutes. Store in airtight containers.
Serving = 3 cookies = 3 points
