Asparagus potatoe casserole

1 lb. asparagus
6 small potatoes, sliced thin
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1 tomato, sliced thin
salt, pepper, basil
parmesan cheese


With a tblsp of butter, grease a 8 X 8 pan. layer 1/2 of the potatoes in pan and sprinkle with seasonings. Put a layer of asparagus and season, then another layer of onion, season. A layer of tomatoes and season. Put remaining potatoes on top and season with seasonings and sprinkle with cheese. Put foil over and bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees
