2-3 frozen skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 cans petite diced tomatos
2 cans fat free chicken broth
1 cup tomato juice
2 green peppers sliced thin
1 med onion sliced thin
1 package taco seasoning


place chicken breasts, green pepper and onion in crock-pot.Add 1/3 cup chicken broth. Cook on low 7 - 10 hours
Shred chicken in pot. Add rest of ingredients and heat through. Serve with Tortilla chips and top with shredded cheese if desired.
