    WW Skillet Sausages and Peppers
    6 Servings 7 Points Ea

    6 Italian style Turkey Sausages (I have subbed Light Smoked Sausage too)
    1 Medium Onion chopped
    2 C. frozen Red,Green and Yellow Bell Peppers
    (I use Fresh)
    1-16oz jar Spaghetti Sauce w/ mushrooms
    6 Cups of cooked Pasta

    In a large skillet sprayed w/Pam, brown sausages
    on all sides. Add Onion and Peppers. Cook 3-5 minutes stirring often.

    Stir in Spaghetti Sauce, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes.

    Divide pasta into 6-1 C. servings, top each w/ a sausage and an equal amount of sauce.

    I got this recipe at a meeting. It was awesome!

    A Keeper!!

    I have made this several times and we love it, I use the bow tie pasta nad seve sauce/sausage peppers seperate....YUM!

      I'm so glad to see you gave this Recipe a try Wishingstar!
      It is soooo yummy, and No One would ever know it was a Weight Watchers Recipe! It is a best kept secret!
