    WW Creamy Lemon Pie

    3.75 Points each

    6 Whole Reduced Fat Cinnamon Graham Crackers (Crushed into fine crumbs)
    1 can FF Sweetened Condensed Milk
    2 TB Butter melted
    1/2 C. Of Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
    1 TB Lemon Zest
    2 Eggs

    Combine with a fork the butter and graham cracker crumbs. Pat into a 9 inch Pie Plate evenly. (Put the crust into the fridge while you do the rest.)

    Combine the Eggs, and Sweetened Condensed Milk. Then stir in until well mixed the Lemon Juice and Zest.

    Pour into crust and Bake at 350 Degrees for
    15 minutes. Let Fully Cool. This can be frozen and made up to 2 weeks in advance. Either eat slightly thawed or refrigerated.

    *I think next time I may sub Freshly squeezed Orange Juice and Orange Zest. That sounds yummy too! *
