I have mad this before and it is really good. Since it is super cold here this week, I need comfort food. I plan to make some of this when I get home this afternoon. NOTE: Be sure to use pure pumpkin-NOT pumpkin pie mix.

servings = 4
points per serving = 1

15oz canned pumpkin
1 cup ff cool whip
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 pkg sf ff instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 c ff skim milk

beat pumpkin, spice, instant pudding, and milk together. fold in the whipped cream. chill.
