Ingredients
1 EGG WHITE
1 WHOLE WHEAT TOAST
PAM SPRAY
APPLE/BERRIES
POWDERED SUGAR
Instructions
Beat egg white till fluffy. Place bread in the white and let stand for a minute on each side until it draws it up.
Spray a skillet with pam, cook toast until brown on both sides. Place on a plate. Place fruit in hot skillet and toss for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly warm (apples may be done ahead). Pour over Toast. Dust with powdered sugar.
