I found a new fav! The recipe I found in here somewhere is so good.
1 bag frozen california vegatables
3 cans fat free chicken broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes
10 oz. lite Velveeta cheese
Mix the veggies, broth, and Rotel and simmer for 40 min. Add cheese and stir till cheese is melted and soup is smooth.
1 cup = 1 point
It's YUMMY. The Rotel gives it a real kick. I'm having a cup before lunch and dinner every day!
