10 oz chopped frozen broccoli
1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup
2 cups 2% mild shredded cheddar or sharp cheddar cheese
2 cps cooked rice
Seasoning (I used Tony Chacere's)
Preheat oven 350
Cook rice. Cook broccoli and drain. While brocoli is cooking, mix soup and cheese in a saucepan until cheese melts. I sprinked my cooked drained broccoli with Tony's. Mix in cooked rice and broccoli. Pour into a baking dish (I used an 8 x 8) sprayed with Pam. I also topped my casserole with a sprinkle on Tony's. Bake 15-20 min. Serves 6 at 3 pts per serving
