Chips Ahoy Cookie Cake
Serves 16 at 2 pts per serving
36 red. fat Chips Ahoy Cookies
1 12 oz FF cool whip
1/2 cp skim milk
Quickly dunk each cookie in the milk. Place 18 on the bottom of a pan. Spread 1/2 of the cool whip on top. Dunk the remaining cookies and place on top of cool whip. Spread remaining cool whip on. Chill for at least 2 hours but it's better overnight.
Tomato Basil Soup
1 16 oz can Campbell's Creamy Tomato Soup (Kitchen Classic)
1 can diced tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic
Basil
Oregano
Tony's Chachere (optional)
1 dollop (about a tablespoon) of FF or Light sour cream (optional)
Mix soup and tomatoes in sauce pan. Heat about 3-5 minutes. Add in extra basil, oregano and Tony's to your liking. Stir in sour cream. Heat 5 minutes
