    I fixed this for supper. It was great.

    Easy Cheesy Corn Bake
    4 oz light cream cheese softened
    3/4 cp skim milk
    3/4 cp egg beaters (total of 3 eggs)
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained. (Del Monte)
    1 can cream style corn (Del Monte)
    1 pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 cp shredded 2% red fat cheese (I used mexican)

    Preheat oven to 375. Whisk cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 13 x 9 baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake 34 to 36 min or until golden brown. Serves 12 at 4 pts per serving

    Point value is 4 pts per serving and it serves 12. Not sure of the nutritional value. I have the nutritional info on the orginal recipe but I modified it to light cream cheese, skim milk, egg beaters and 2% milk cheese
