    here is a recipe for sugar free condensed milk


    1 1/2 Cups Splenda Granular
    1 1/2 Cups Carnation Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
    6 Tablespoons Fat Free Margarine
    6 Tablespoons Water

    Place all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Blend with a hand blender on lowest speed until moist, and then on high speed until smooth. Be sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl as you go so none of the dry ingredients get left behind.

    Makes: 14 oz.
    Per Serving: 539 Calories; 1g Fat (1.2% calories from fat); 36g Protein; 95g Carbohydrate; 0g Dietary Fiber; 19mg Cholesterol; 1059mg Sodium. Exchanges: 4 1/2 Non-Fat Milk. WWP: 11
