    Here are some Weight Watcher recipes - some with 0 points and some with 1 or 2. - Well, I couldn't find the 0 points, but will look for them later. Guess I pushed the wrong botton.

    Almond Cloud Cookies

    2 medium egg white(s)
    1/4 tsp table salt
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup almonds -- blanched, finely ground

    Preheat oven to 250°F. Coat baking sheets with cooking spray; flour them lightly and shake off excess.

    Beat egg whites, salt and cinnamon until soft peaks form. Continue to beat while gradually adding the sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in almonds.

    Drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake about 1 1/2 hours until firm and dry.

    Store in airtight containers. Yields about 60 cookies; 2 cookies per serving.

    1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 cup margarine -- softened

    4 oz unsweetened applesauce
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp table salt
    2 Tbsp powdered sugar

    Preheat oven to 375ºF. Coat two nonstick cookie sheets with cooking spray.

    Place cocoa, margarine and sugar in a medium bowl; beat with an electric mixer. Add applesauce and vanilla; beat to blend. In another small bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir flour mixture into cocoa batter with a wooden spoon.

    Shape batter into 48 marble-sized balls. Arrange balls 1 inch apart on cookie sheets. Bake until set, about 8 minutes. Remove from oven and allow cookies to stand for 1 minute. Remove to wire rack and cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar. (Note: Store extra cookies in freezer-safe containers or plastic bags to maintain their freshness.) Yields 1 cookie per serving.

    Cranberry Cookie Kisses

    3 large egg white(s) -- at room temperature
    1/4 tsp cream of tartar
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup canned cranberry sauce -- whole berry
    1/3 cup dried cranberries -- about 80 cranberries

    Preheat oven to 200°F. Coat 2 large sheet pans with cooking spray or cover with parchment paper.

    Using an electric mixer, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form; gradually beat in sugar until mixture is very stiff and shiny. Gradually fold in cranberry sauce (you can add a few drops of red food coloring at this point, if desired) while beating for 1 minute.

    Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto prepared sheet pans; press 1 dried cranberry into the top of each cookie.

    Bake for 2 hours. Cool completely before removing from pans. Store in airtight containers. Yields about 4 cookies per serving.

    Potato Pancakes

    1/4 cup matzo meal

    1 serving cooking spray (5 one-second sprays per serving) -- or enough to coat baking sheet and pancakes

    Heat oven to 500°F. In large bowl combine egg substitute, matzo meal, onion, salt and pepper.

    In food processor, grate potatoes through feed tube. Squeeze out any excess moisture. Combine with egg mixture. (Note: Do not grate potatoes ahead of time.)

    Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Place twelve 1/4 cups of pancake mixture on sheet; coat with cooking spray. Bake until pancakes are crisp, 30 minutes, turning over after 15 minutes.

    1/2 tsp baking powder

    3/4 cup fat-free sour cream
    2 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.

    Stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Stir together sour cream, oil and applesauce in a small bowl. Stir sour cream mixture into flour mixture just to mix. (Do not beat.)

    Spoon batter into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 to 45 minutes. Allow cake to cool to warm or room temperature before slicing into 16 pieces.
