Cabbage Soup Recipe

1# lean ground beek
1 med onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 - 29 oz. can tomatoes
3 beef bouillon cubes
3 C water
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans
1 small head cabbage, chopped
1-2 tsp. chili pepper (more or less, adds heat)
Brown ground beef and drain. Add onions and garlic and cook until tender. (At thispoint crockpot ready).
Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and add to beef. Add all other ingredients to large soup pot and simmer at least 2 hours. *Can be simmered in crock pot once beef is browned.
