A friend of mine on WW gave me this recipe after she tried it and loved it. I have not tried it yet. It is a bit different from the others and sounds good if you are in a hurry. It is supposed to be the cabbage soup diet recipe and is just a variation, I guess.
Cabbage Soup
1-46 oz Spicy Hot V8 100% Vegetable Juice
1-16 oz packaged coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
1/4 package frozen chopped onions
2 cups frozen sliced carrots
1 large bell pepper, diced
1-28 oz canned diced tomatoes (do NOT drain)
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 chicken bouillon cube
6 cups water
Mix everything in a large soup pot and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and let soup simmer until veggies are soft.
You can also put this in a large crock pot on low for 4-6 hours.
