    CHEESY BROCCOLI SOUP
    4 c. water
    12 oz. potatoes, peeled and cut up in small cubes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 (1 lb.) bag chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
    2 cans fat free chicken broth
    6 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 T. flour
    2 c. skim milk
    6 oz. Velveeta light cheese, cut into cubes
    In a large pot, combine, water, potatoes, vegetables, broth, bouillon cubes and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer until vegetables are done. (15 - 20 minutes)
    In a separate bowl, blend flour and milk. Slowly add flour/milk mixture to the vegetables/broth mix. Stir constantly until soup thickens. Add cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
    Makes 4 HUGE servings. Each serving is 3 cups and it is four WW points per serving.
