    This is one I got from a flyer at a WW meeting...Sounds good!

    Green Bean and Tomato Saute

    1 Pound Green Beans, trimmed and halved
    1 TBSP Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
    2 Garlic Cloves, minced
    1 Large Shallot, finely chopped
    3 Plum Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    2 TSP Sugar
    1 TSP Balsamic Vinegar
    1/2 TSP Dried Basil
    1/2 TSP Salt
    1/8 TSP Freshly Ground Pepper

    1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add the green beans, return to a boil and cook until crisp tender, about 3 minutes. Drain.
    2. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, then add the garlic and shallot. Saute until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and the sugar, saute until slighly softened, about 2 minutes. Add the green beans, vinegar, basil, salt and pepper. Saute until heated through, about two minutes.

    According to the sheet this yields 4 servings, each at 1 point per serving.
