2/3 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup diced onion
2 garlic cloves
3 cups fat free broth (chicken beef or veg)
1 1/2 cups diced green cabbage
1/2 cup green beans
1 TBSP tomato paste
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup diced zucchini
In a large sausepan, sprayed with nonstck cooking spray saute the carrot, onion and garlic over low heat til softened..about 5 mins
Add broth,cabbage, beans,tom paste, basil, oregano and salt;bring to the boil. Lower heat and simmer, covered about 15 mins or til beans are tender.
Stir in zucchini and heat for 3 to 4 mins.Serve hot.
4 servings of 1 cup.( 2 cups would though be counted as 1 point)

First time I made this I did it exactly...now I add or subtract things..(you know more zucchini and less cabbage...and of course adding broccoli.
