I haven't tried this yet, but sounds good:
EASY CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES
Makes 24 cookies at 2 points a piece
1 pkg devil's food cake mix, unprepared
2 tbsp reduced calorie margarine
2 tbsp water
2 lg egg whites
1 lg egg
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (I used mini chips)
Preheat oven to 350. Coat baking sheet with spray. Combine cake mix,
margarine, water, whites and egg in a large bowl. Beat on low speed until
blended and smooth. Fold in chips. Drop by heaping tablespoons, 2 inches
apart, onto prepared baking sheet. Bake until puffed up and dry to the
touch, about 10-12 minutes. Cool completely. 1 cookie per serving.
