Somethimes my experiments are a good thing, sometimes a bad thing. This time a good thing. I made a pasta salad Sunday and tried to make a pig of myself over it. I decided to make it with some modifications to cut the points from the pasta. Here is what I used
1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
1 cup chopped fresh cauliflower
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped radishes
I mixed it all together with Lite hellman's (about 1-1 1/2 cups) a couple of tablespoon fat free sour cream and 1 to 2 packs of equal. It was great!
