I have a waffle recipe that came from Good Housekeeping Calorie Watchers cook book.
Waffles 2 large or 3 small
3/4 c. sifted all purpose flour (6 pts)
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tabl. sugar (1 pt. or use Splenda for 0 pts)
1 egg (2 pts or use two egg whites for 0 pts)
or use egg beaters
1/2 c. plus 1 tabl. non fat milk (1 pt)
2 tabl. oil (6 pts)
Beat egg, oil and milk. Add to flour mixture with egg beater or whisk, until all the flour is wet and batter is smooth.
I preheat my small iron 5 minutes. Cook 3 min. or until the steam stops.
13 pts with egg whites and Splenda for the whole recipe. You do need some oil so they won't stick on the grill.

Low Point Pancakes
I found another low point recipe on another web site.
1/2 c. Fiber One cereal
1/2 c. f/f cottage cheese
1/2 c. egg substitute
1 packet of Splenda
dash of cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 - 3 drops of orange extract or 1/4 tsp. orange peel
Put everything in food processor (metal blade) or blender. It makes a very thick batter. Spoon it out onto a sprayed hot griddle. Spread the batter to make a good size pancake.
Makes 5 - 6 large pancakes, 3 pts. for entire recipe.
spray with ICBINB and use s/f syrup.
The gal that posted it said she tought they were very good.
