    Low-Calorie Bar-B-Q Chicken

    Ingredient's:
    1 cut up, skinned fryer
    1 cup diet cola
    1 cup ketchup
    Salt ( I use a Salt Substitute)

    Direction's:

    Mix together the ketchup and diet cola with salt for barbecue sauce. Place the skinned fryer in a skillet; cover with the sauce. Place a tight-fitting lid on skillet and simmer until tender, about 45 minutes.
