Papaya Fruit Bowl

1 large papaya (1/2 per person)
3 fresh apricots, diced
6 fresh strawberries, halved
1 kiwi fruit
6 oz cashews or almonds, ground
4 raspberries, ground

Remove seeds from each papaya half. Place pieces
of apricots in papaya shell, followed by strawberries
and raspberries. Peel kiwi fruit and slice on top.
Sprinkle ground nuts on top of fruit. Drizzle with a
little honey if desired.
