    Gluten Free Bread

    Ingredient's:
    1 1/2 cups rice flour
    1 cup arrowroot
    1/2cup millet flour
    1/3 cup organic soy flour
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    1 tblspn xanthum gun (guar gum)
    2 teas dried yeast
    1 1/2 teas sea salt
    2 tblspns raw organic sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    2 tblspns cold pressed macadamia nut oil
    2 cup's water
    1 tblspn apple cidar vinegar
    Direction's:
    sift all the dry ingrediants together twice.
    mix the wet ingrediants together.combine both.
    place in bread maker on 3hr setting.

    Hey, rescuedpather... have ya actually tried this gluten free bread? Unfortunately, I've found every homemade bread recipe severely lacking. They might taste good on the first slice or 2, but they definately go downhill from there.

    The best GF bread there is?? Manna from Anna mixes. Trust me. I've been experimenting and trying bread recipes for 4 years!
