WW Crockpot Apple Pie
8 apples, peeled and sliced
1 1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. allspice
1/4 t. nutmeg
3/4 c. skim milk
2 T. FF margarine, softened
3/4 c. splenda
2 egg whites
2 t. vanilla
1 1/2 c. LF bisquick; divided
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 T. FF margarine, cold
Toss apples in large bowl with cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. Place apple mixture in a lightly greased slow cooker. COmbine milk, softened margarine, splenda, egg whites, vanilla and 1/2 c. bisquick. Spoon over apples. Combine remaining bisquick with the brown sugar. Cut cold margarine into bisquick mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle this over the apple mixture. Cover and cook on low 6 - 7 hours or until apples are soft.
This serves 10 @ 4 pts. each
Serve with FF cool whip of FF ice cream/yogurt for extra points.
