    msg is one of those things that are in everything and have many hidden names. you have to learn the other names and then read labels. From there, you just have to substitute or find products that do not contain msg. My ds is msg sensative and I know how hard it is. You really do have to go back to bare basics cooking.

    Having been a celiac for the last 6+ years (intolerance to gluten found in wheat, rye, and barley), I can empathize. I've become a MASTER label reader (as has babe of a DH) for ingredients. I don't think you need recipes as much as you need to practice becoming a label reader. I read EVERY SINGLE LABEL... EVERY SINGLE TIME... cause you never know when a manufacturer will change a formula.

    I am very allergic to MSG and other ingredients that activate it.

    Does anyone have any recipes to send me for any type of meals I am so bored with eating same ole boring junk. Cause it's almost in everything.
