  • WW breakfast recipes!!

    I am looking for some WW breakfast recipes. Anybody have any they would like to share?

      You can find out so many recipes at for lunch, dinner and breakfast. My favorite breakfast recipe is apple pudding.

        I suggest you add these things for the healthy breakfast in your recipe.
        Rolls, bagels, cereals, low fat bran muffins, crackers, or Melba toast.
        Low fat protein such as peanut butter, lean meat, poultry or fish, or boiled eggs.
        Dairy like milk, yogurt and low-fat cheeses, such as cottage and natural cheeses.

          I make Bran Muffins for my daily breakfast every 6 days. Right now there is a dozen cooling on the stove.

          Cinnamon Bran Muffins
          Makes 12 muffins

          2 cups Kelloggs Original All Bran Cereal
          1 1/2cups f/f milk

          Soak the above about 5 - 10 min. so it is mushy.

          In a large bowl mix:

          1 1/4 cups flour that has been fluffed with a fork before measuring.
          1 tabl. Splenda
          1 tabl. sugar
          4 tsp. baking powder
          1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
          1/4 cup golden raisins

          In a measuring cup add:

          1/4 cups Egg Beaters or 2 egg whites
          1/3 cup apple butter

          Add the egg mixture to the cereal mixture.
          Add this mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix with a spatular until all incorporated. Sometimes I have to add a wee bit more milk.

          Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray. (my cups hold about 1/3 cup each of water. Sort of medium size)

          Divide batter into muffin cups and bake for 20 - 24 min.

          When cool I wrap by two in plastic wrap and put in zip lock bag and store in refrig.

          To eat, unwrap on a plate and put in micro wave oven on 1/2 power (medium) for 1 min. 12 seconds.

            Baked Eggs in Bread Bowl:-
            * 2 thin slices bacon
            * 3 large eggs
            * 3 tbsps parmesan cheese
            * 3 bread rolls


            1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C).
            2. Cut the tops off the bread rolls about 1/2 inch wide.
            3. Hallow out the bread rolls making room for the additional ingredients.
            4. Add the raw egg, pieces of bacon to the center of the roll. Top with cheese.
            5. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes
            6. Add the tops to the baking sheet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

              I love to eat healthy breakfast,it is the first meal of the day so it should be healthier and complete.I mostly prefer slice,egg with juice or tea which makes me active and sharp whole day.But there are plenty of option mentioned above so i'll try this too.
