This is a low-fat dessert with diabetic exchanges.it will make a large bowl full
List of Ingredients

2 Large Vanilla sugar-free INSTANT pudding
1-8oz low-fat sour cream
1-8oz. far-free cream cheese
5 cups skim milk
8oz. fat-free Cool Whip
low-fat vanilla wafers
5 bananas

Recipe


Cream together cream cheese & sour cream.
Mix the pudding and milk together, fold in the Cool Whip
Layer vanilla wafers,pudding and bananas ending with pudding on top.

Serving size: 1 cup

Exchanges: 1 fruit,1 milk,1 bread/starch
