  • No Knead Refrigerator Rolls

So easy & so good. This dough also makes great sticky buns.

Feel free to cut this in half (I do). If it needs more flour, add to make a soft round dough (when mixing).

    No Knead Refrigerator Rolls

    2 cups lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 t. salt
    2 packages active dry yeast
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
    6 1/2 - 7 c. flour

Mix together lukewarm water, sugar, & salt. Add the yeast. Stir in egg & oil. With a spoon stir in flour, a little at a time. Make a ball & place in lightly greased bowl. Cover with a damp cloth & put in refrigerator. Punch down as dough rises. Keeps 3 to 4 days. Make cloverleaf, Parker House, Rosettes rolls or bread sticks. Bake 400º for 12 to 15 minutes.

On These Refrigerator Rolls. Could You Seperate The Dough, Freeze Part, Then Thaw When Needed?

Nu, I have never frozen it, but don't see why you couldn't.
