If you like to eat raw cookie dough but are concerned about the eggs then this is a recipe to try!! I made this over the weekend and its so good!!
Kids want me to make again this weekend. I put 1/2 Tbsp of the sugar in it and it was just right for us.
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BALLS(SAFE)
Ingredients
1 cup butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda (optional)
1/2 to 1 Tbsp sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
In large bowl cream butter and sugars until light in color.
Add pudding and combine well.
Stir in vanilla and milk.
Add baking soda, if you choose to & flour 1/2 cup at a time until combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Store in fridge or freeze small scoops in the freezer.
After putting in the fridge for a couple of hours. Roll into small balls and enjoy!
NOTE: After rolling into balls, dip into melted chocolate or chocolate candy bark and let set.
Kids really liked these both with and without the chocolate.
