20 oz. can crushed pineapple undrained
3.4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
8 oz. Cool Whip
9" baked pie crust (or Keebler shortbread crust)
Combine pineapple with juice and pudding mix, then fold in whipped topping.
Pour into crust and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Nice cool, refreshing and lite dessert for summer!
