Chocolate Marble Cheesecake
Crust:
1 & 1/4 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
2 Tablespoons Sugar
Mix and press into a springform pan. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
Filling:
5 8-Ounce Packages Cream Cheese
1 & 3/4 Cups Sugar
3 Tablespoons Flour
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
5 Eggs
3 Egg Yolks
3 Ounces Semi-sweet Chocolate
Cream together first four ingredients. Add eggs and yolks then beat until smooth. Mix melted chocolate with two cups separated batter. Pour batter over crust, then pour chocolate batter over the top and swirl to marbleize.
Bake at 400F for 10 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 200F and bake for 2 or 3 hours until set. Turn off oven and let cool in closed oven. Cover & refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
