    Biscuits and Gravy

    cup butter

    6 T. flour

    -1 lb. bulk sausage

    3 c. milk

    Salt and pepper, to taste



    Brown sausage in cup butter. Do not drain sausage.

    Add 6 T. flour to sausage; stir until mixed.

    Stir in 3 cups milk, salt and pepper. Stir until thickened and heated through.

    If too thick, add a little more milk.

    Serve over warm biscuits.

    Yum....I could eat biscuits and gravy every day!!!!!!!!

      : Me too. But we would be as big as a HOUSE...LOL! I love Bacon Gravy too. My kids always loved this stuff for breakfast. Really filled them up!

        I like bacon too. I think growing up my mom usually made bacon gravy. Every Sunday morning we had biscuits, gravy, bacon and eggs. I can still remember waking up and smelling it.
