Biscuits and Gravy
¼ cup butter
6 T. flour
½-1 lb. bulk sausage
3 c. milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
Brown sausage in ¼ cup butter. Do not drain sausage.
Add 6 T. flour to sausage; stir until mixed.
Stir in 3 cups milk, salt and pepper. Stir until thickened and heated through.
If too thick, add a little more milk.
Serve over warm biscuits.
