Grape-Pineapple Ice Cream
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
12 oz can frozen Welch's Grape Juice
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 pint whipping cream
1 quart Half & Half
1 TBS vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in juice, half & half, & whipping cream. Add pineapple and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into 6-quart ice cream freezer and freeze.
