Macaroni Salad
1 lb. Elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 Onion, minced
1 C. Celery, minced
½ C. Red pepper or pimento, minced
1 C. Mayonnaise
¼ C. Prepared yellow mustard
3 T. Cider vinegar
1 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Black pepper
½ tsp. Cayenne pepper
⅛ tsp. Curry powder
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
